This 12-week hybrid course is designed for people working across the transformation of public services—whether you’re in policy, operations, digital, or strategy. Service architecture is the invisible structure that holds services together. Without it, public services become fragmented, inconsistent, and difficult to govern. Through online modules, live coaching, and in-person workshops, this course will build your understanding of service architecture from the ground up—equipping you with the language, tools, and structures needed to align services around citizens and deliver measurable impact. Do I need to know about Service Design?
Yes and No. Meaning, it is not a deal breaker if you know absolutely nothing about service design theory, but it would be advantageous if the organisation has started to dip their toe into the waters of service improvement using Design.
Will I need a computer?
For the optimal experience, it's best you have access to a working computer so you can engage with the content and engage with the application.
